Can I contact the lab for more information?

The laboratories which perform the covidSHIELD test for SHIELD Illinois cannot provide any patient, agency, or any other party any information about covidSHIELD, the laboratory process, SHIELD Illinois, et cetera. The labs also cannot provide any information about the status of any specimen or group of specimens including, but not limited to, results, the timing of results, viral loads, cycle thresholds, interpretation of results, confirmation of results, or even if the specimens are even at that particular laboratory.
