Can we use student IDs to pull up patient records in Pnc instead of patient QR codes?

o SHIELD Illinois does not support the use of student ID cards to access patient records. 
o Patient records may be accessed in Mass Tester using Patient QR codes. These QR codes correspond to a patient number that is autogenerated when the patient record is first created.
