How can I change my account's primary agency?
If you test at more than one agency, you can select your primary or home agency. Here is how you do it.
Log into your portal as you usually do.
Click "Personal Details"
Scroll down and click the drop down menu under "Primary Agency."
Select the agency you would like to set as primary.
