How can I cancel appointments in PnC Mass Tester?

First log in to PnC Mass tester with your user credentials. Then, go to the View Appointments section of Mass Tester. 

Select your testing location and specify the date of the appointment(s) you would like to cancel. Hit search to view the appointments. 

Select the gray "Action" Button at the right of the screen and select "Cancel appointment". A pop out box will appear. First select canceled by "Faculty", then select the reason for canceling the appointment and add a note for the patient. This may be used in cases of testing site closure, for instance due to inclement weather. These details will be sent to the patient via an email cancelation.
