Why can’t I upload a roster of less than 30 people?

If you have fewer than 30 patients to add, you must manually add those patients via the Point and Click Mass Tester application by clicking "Mass Tester" then "Register a New Participant." Rosters containing less than 30 patient adds will not be loaded.
