How do I see my results?
SHIELD Illinois has the ability to provide every patient (or patient's guardian) with access to a portal to see individual results.
However, whether access to patient portals is allowed for patients at an agency (e.g. school/employer) is determined by the agency.
If your agency allows parent portals, you can view your child's results by following the directions here:

To sign up for a patient portal...
Navigate to

Click "Sign up for an account"
Enter your organization's Agency code. If you are testing at an IDPH Community testing site, use the code:

After completing the online registration form, you will be able to access the patient portal to view/schedule appointment, view your results, access the "passport," etc.
